Résumé
The interactions between poly(acrylic acid) (PAA), poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA), and lysozyme (Lys) in an aqueous environment at pHs of 2, 4, and 7.4 were discussed considering the experimental data obtained by turbidimetry, electrokinetic and rheological measurements, and FTIR analysis. It was found that the increase in PAA amount reduces the coacervation zone by shifting the critical pH
